Ah crud, I messed up on the size of the circles in the first panel.

Anyways, why can't most Religious people and Atheists just get along? Cuz of the fanatics of both side of course. Religious fanatics think they're superior, and Hardcore Atheists think they're superior. Imagine if those kinds of people didn't exist.
As for the other panel above, I know there's always conflict between the groups, but I've mostly seen Religious people vs Atheists.

Because the guys on the right consider the guys on the left to be intellectually inferior and toss around words like "logic", "rational", and "reason" around like paper balls when some of them are anything but rational. Not to mention their numerous attempts in the previous century, by the guys on the right, to wipe out the ones on the left.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

so true!! even though i do have a friend who is a huge atheist, while i am a christian, but we still get along. ( as long as we don't have discussions haha!)

But somehow most atheist i met constantly tried bringing up the fact that they are. like: 'you know, christinity sucks, you better know it! hey... don't forget: i don't like christianity'
Ok i get it, one time's enough

Would be nice enough, if the world would be like that.
But in real life there are still many misogynists, homophobics and general jerks, unfortunately.
And then there are the conflicts between religious groups, like hindus and muslims in India or catholics and protestants in Ireland.

Forgot about the racists in my second sentence.
Real problem in Germany, from immigrants and "native" Germans likewise.

Is it wrong that my first thought was "ooh, friend zoned"

The way I see it, there are conflicts between all of these pairs, and peace between all of them...:/

I'm a liberal Atheist and I do NOT think I'm superior. That's horribly judgemental. I mind my own business, I'm a caring person, and I'm a loyal friend. I accept everybody for who they are, and I never judge anyone. I'll have people who are great friends and happen to be Christian, and the SECOND they find out that I am an Atheist, they are enraged and never talk to me again. And I didn't do anything. It's unfair. We ALL need to get along.

I've butted heads with both atheists and theists (they were all liberal). Btw I'm a non-religious theist.
